1. Parties and Scope
These terms govern the use of Rlyze (the “platform”, “we”) by the person or business using the platform (the “user”, “you”). By using the platform you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the platform.
2. Description of the Service
Rlyze is a tool that uses AI to generate an ad campaign draft from text you write and creates that draft in the ad accounts that you connect (Meta/Facebook, and in the future Google Ads and TikTok). Rlyze is not an advertising agency and makes no commitment regarding the performance of your ads.
3. Accounts and Connecting Ad Accounts
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
- When you connect an ad account, you declare that you are authorized to create ads on that account. Connecting someone else's ad account without permission is prohibited.
- The access keys issued by the relevant platform during connection are stored encrypted and are used only for the actions you request. You can disconnect at any time.
4. Campaigns Are Created Paused
Campaigns created through the platform are created on the ad platform in a paused state and do not go live on their own. You are the one who publishes them; ad spend starts from that moment. This is a deliberate design choice to prevent a budget generated by AI from being spent without your approval.
5. Ad Spend and Payments
- Your ad budget is not charged by Rlyze. Spend is charged directly by the relevant ad platform (e.g. Meta) through the payment method on your ad account. Rlyze is not a party to that transaction.
- The budget is always spent in your ad account's currency. If you specify the budget in a different currency, the platform converts it to your account's currency at the current exchange rate at the time of publishing and shows the rate used in the campaign details. Because exchange rates change, the amount spent may differ slightly when expressed in the currency you specified. If no exchange rate can be obtained, the campaign is not created.
- You are responsible for the spend generated by campaigns you publish.
6. AI Output and Responsibility
Campaign copy and visuals are generated by AI. AI may produce incorrect, incomplete or misleading content. It is your responsibility to check the copy, visuals, audience and budget before publishing. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of the ads you publish.
7. Prohibited Uses
- Creating or publishing content that violates the advertising policies of the ad platform you connect.
- Using misleading or false content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Uploading images or videos whose copyright you do not own.
- Overloading the platform with automated tools, trying to bypass security measures, or trying to access other users' data.
- Using the platform as an advertising agency or to advertise on behalf of others (see below).
Rlyze is for advertising your own business. Advertising and marketing agencies, and anyone advertising on behalf of others (e.g. for clients), may not use the platform. Signs of such use — e.g. connecting ad accounts that belong to many different businesses, advertising many different businesses' websites, describing yourself as an advertising agency, opening several Rlyze accounts with the same Facebook account, or opening a new account in place of a suspended one — are detected automatically and at regular intervals, and the account is suspended. A suspended account cannot create or launch new ads; ads that are already live can still be managed and paused on the ad platform. If you believe this is a mistake, you can appeal through the form shown in your dashboard; your appeal will be reviewed by a person.
8. Campaign Retention Period
Campaigns that were never sent to an ad platform (drafts and failed records) are deleted automatically 5 days after they are created; a notification is shown in the dashboard 1 day before deletion. Published campaigns are not affected. You can also delete your campaigns yourself from the dashboard at any time.
Deleting a record in Rlyze does not delete the campaign on the ad platform. To pause or remove a campaign that is live there, you need to use that platform's ad manager.
9. Third-Party Platform Rules
Your ads are subject to the rules and review processes of the relevant ad platform. An ad being rejected or restricted by the platform, or your account being closed, is outside Rlyze's control.
10. Service Continuity and Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is under development and is provided “as is”. It is not guaranteed to operate without interruption or errors. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or outages of third-party services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rlyze cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, ad spend, or consequences arising from the use of AI output.
12. Termination
You can close your account at any time and request deletion of your data from the Data Deletion Instructions page. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Suspension for agency use may happen automatically (section 7).
13. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top of the page is updated.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes.
