Privacy Policy

1. General Information

Rlyze (“we”, the “platform”) is an AI-powered ad management platform operated by Rlyze. This privacy policy explains what data is collected from businesses using the platform (the “user”), how it is used and how it is protected.

2. Data We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed).
• Ad platform connection information: when you connect platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads, the access tokens those platforms issue to you and your ad account/Page IDs; also the number of Pages you manage, which business portfolios your ad accounts belong to, and the app-scoped ID of the connected Facebook account.
• Campaign data: the ad campaigns you create, targeting settings, budget and performance data.
• Media you upload: images and videos you upload for use in your ads.
• Usage data: basic technical logs about how you use the platform (e.g. error logs).

3. How We Use Data

• To create ad campaigns at your request and publish them on your connected ad accounts.
• To provide the platform's core functions (login, campaign management, reporting).
• To improve the service and fix technical problems.
• To prevent use of the platform by advertising agencies (see Terms of Use, section 7): the number of connected ad accounts, the number of businesses those accounts belong to, the number of Pages you manage, the number of different websites your ads link to, the industry in your business details, and whether the same Facebook account or ad account is used in other Rlyze accounts are assessed automatically and at regular intervals (daily).

As a result of this assessment your account may be suspended automatically. You have the right to object to this decision made solely by automated means and to have it reviewed by a person (GDPR Art. 22; Turkish KVKK Art. 11(1)(g)): just fill in the appeal form shown in your dashboard. Decisions and appeals are stored with your account.

We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

To publish your campaigns, the platform exchanges data only with the ad platforms you connect (Meta/Facebook Marketing API, Google Ads API, etc.), on your behalf and with your permission. This sharing is also subject to the relevant platform's own privacy policy.

Email verification and password reset codes are sent through an email delivery service (currently Google Gmail); only your email address and the message containing the code are passed to it. We do not store the codes themselves, only hashes used to check them, and they expire after 15 minutes.

5. Data Security

Access tokens and passwords are stored encrypted. Your data can only be accessed by authorized systems and, when necessary, by our support team.

6. Deleting Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of the data associated with your account or campaigns. For the request process, see the Data Deletion Instructions page.
