数据删除说明

You can request permanent deletion of all information associated with your Rlyze account or with the data collected through it.

How to make a request

1. Send an email to support@rlyze.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Once your request is received, your identity is verified.
3. After verification, your account information, campaign data, uploaded media and connected ad platform access information are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days at the latest.
4. You are notified by email when the deletion is complete.

Note

Campaigns published on your behalf on ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) are those platforms' own data and must be managed separately from that platform's own account settings. Deleting data on the Rlyze side does not automatically delete the data on those platforms.
